What is Google Cloud Print & How to Use It?
Google Cloud Print was a service that allowed users to print documents from anywhere using the internet. With this feature, you could send a print command to a cloud-connected printer from any device, even if you were in another state or country.
🚨 Important Note: Google Cloud Print was discontinued by Google on December 31, 2020. However, alternative solutions like Google Workspace printing, direct network printing, or third-party cloud printing services are still available.
How Google Cloud Print Worked
🔹 Remote Printing – Print documents from your phone, tablet, or another computer to a printer connected to a Google account.
🔹 Office Printing – Share a single printer with multiple office computers without needing direct connections.
🔹 Printer Sharing – Allow friends or relatives to print on your home printer remotely using their Google accounts.
