3 Methods to Recover Your Computer Password
Method 1: Using Offline NT Password & Registry Editor
Note: Ensure you have a bootable USB with the Offline NT Password & Registry Editor ISO file.
Step 1:
Enter Computer Recovery Mode
1. Restart your computer and enter recovery mode (usually by pressing F12 or F2).
2. Select the main USB with the Offline NT Password & Registry Editor.
Step 2:
Choose Options
1. Type `1` and press Enter.
2. Type `1` again.
3. Type `!` and press Enter.
4. Type `Administrator` and then type `!`.
5. Type `q`, `Y`, and `n` respectively.
Step 3: Restart
Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to restart your computer.
Method 2: Using Windows Setup in a Pendrive

Boot from the Windows setup on a pendrive (F2 or F12 to access boot manager).

- `C:`
- `cd windows`
- `cd system32`
- `copy utilman.exe utilman1.exe`
- `copy cmd.exe cmd1.exe`
- `del utilman.exe`
- `rename cmd.exe utilman.exe`
- `exit`

Restart the computer and type `control userpasswords2` in the command prompt.
Method 3: Using Lazesoft Recovery Suite
Note: Lazesoft Recovery Suite is a paid software.
1. Download and create a bootable USB with Lazesoft Recovery Suite.
2. Boot from the USB and open the Lazesoft Recovery CD.
3. Click on "Password Recovery" and select "Reset Local Password."
4. Choose the user account and click "Reset/Unlock."
5. Reboot the computer.
